WHO IS IT FOR?

When we think of parenthood, our minds are often drawn to idyllic images of new families starting out on their journeys, but the realities are often much more complex and diverse than that image suggests.

Mental health in parenthood can be influenced by many different factors, some of which are easier and more obvious to address than others.

Workplaces are evolving rapidly and in recent times organisations have been forced to adapt to new ways of working. Creating a healthy workplace is an essential part of any succesful business and the wellbeing of its people are at the very heart of that success.

For parents especially, this last year has presented huge challenges. Working from home in a busy household, being present both for our families and at work is a difficult juggling act to balance and for many it can be overwhelming.

We are fortunate to live in a world which embraces the richness and diversity of modern families and so we recognise that the challenges we all face on our journeys are many and varied.
